  • Additional stamp duty will be applicable in case of incorporation in Madhya Pradesh Rs.7,500 / Punjab Rs.10,000 / Kerala Rs.3,000. Authorised capital can be Increased if required (Stamp-duty will increase accordingly).

  • The given price is made with Minimum required norms so for Extra DSC or for Custom Packages Price maybe change.

Private Limited Company Registration process in India

For Incorporation / Registration Company electronically in India (SPICe -INC-32), with eMoA (INC-33), eAOA (INC-34), is the default option and most companies are required to be incorporated through SPICe only. Through online

Steps to be taken to get a new company incorporated:

  • Apply for a Name which indicative to the main objects of the company.

  • Ensure that the name does not resemble the name of any other already registered company and also does not violate the provisions of emblems and names.

  • After the name approval, the applicant can apply for registration of the new company by filing the required e-forms within 60 days of name approval.
