  1. Aadhaar,

  2. Email id & Mobile Number,

  3. Social Category (General/Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/Other Backward Caste)

  4.  If the applicant was SC, ST, or OBC - Proof may require

  5. Business Entity Details

  •     Name

  •     PAN (Proprietor Pan in case of Sole Proprietorship)

  •     Address (both Office & Plant with mobile number & email id)

  •     Type of organization

  •     Business activity

  •     Bank account details
